A Woman Scorned

I’ll show you what a woman scorned looks like
You strike me, I’ll bite back
You push me into a corner, I’ll force my way forward
I will not be distilled
I will not be dumbed down
If you start a fight, I will finish it
And it is you who will fall
Not me
If a woman is scorned, expect her to roar
Years of oppression
Layers of subjugation
It takes its toll
And women will take no more
We shall rise up
Pick your ego from the floor and run
For a woman scorned
Is a woman with claws
