REVIEW

I really enjoyed learning about all of the people – some known to me and some less so – that played a part in the Renaissance in Florence, Italy and what it was that they were famous for and so what part they did play in the movement. My only downside is that it didn’t go into enough detail for me about each person and I would have loved less people and more information about each rather than the larger mix and briefer overviews. Apart from that though, brilliantly written and definitely made me want to read more and gave me a taste of the Renaissance.
