I really liked this book and it was well written and informative without being too heavy.
All of the topics were things that I either didn’t know at all or had been only heard in passing so it was all new information to me, but rarely did I feel confused.
The personal experiences of Sheldrake also made the book fun with his experiences with digging into the dirt and eating magic mushrooms
