REVIEW

I enjoyed the worldbuilding in this one and the story of a Persephone wanting to live a normal life with an overbearing mother and Hades as a casino owning bargain striking god who isn’t bothered if people see him as evil as long as he can do his job.

I also loved the different interpretation of the Underworld regions and the effect they have on the dead there.

An interesting modernised retelling of the myth and reads as a complete story so I’m not sure if I’ll pick up the sequels as I like the happy ending.
