REVIEW

Some of the jargon in this book went a bit over my head as I am not a professional musician but the history and the folkloric segments of how songs grow and evolve as well as the history of carols and churches was fascinating.

I also enjoyed the sense of humour even if I didn’t quite understand exactly what he was talking about, he could still make me chuckle.
